WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
We only ship within Hong Kong. Delivery service only covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Delivery service is not applicable to Macau and Hong Kong Outlying islands (i.e. Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and other outlying Islands), and restricted areas. If the address is within Ma Wan or Discovery Bay area, the delivery charge will be different compared to normal delivery. Please choose the correct options upon checkout.
For commercial/ residential addresses, free delivery is available for an order over or equal to $1,000. A delivery charge of $130 will apply if the order is below $1,000.
For delivery to an address in the Ma Wan/ Discovery Bay area, the delivery charge is $300 for each order.
Extra charges will apply if the delivery address is a walk up building only or if there is no lift available for our logistic partner to use to effect delivery of the customer’s order. The extra charge will be $30/floor/carton (note: stair carry up to a maximum of 8 floors) payable in cash to our logistic partner at point of delivery.
If items have not been successfully delivered to the delivery address as indicated in the order details, a re-delivery will be charged at $200 for each attempted redelivery.
WHAT HAPPEN TO MY DELIVERY IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?
Delivery will be rescheduled/delayed in case of bad weather (including but not limited to when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm signal is hoisted), serious flooding or blocked or closed road. Our Customer Service Team will contact the affected customer within 24 hours to re-arrange the delivery.
WHAT IF I'M NOT IN WHEN YOU DELIVER?
The purchaser or an authorized person on behalf of the purchaser must be present to accept delivery. The package cannot be left unattended.
The person receiving the goods at the delivery address must be 18 years of age or above and if a person other than the purchaser is present to accept delivery, that person shall be deemed properly authorized by the purchaser to accept delivery and to give instructions on behalf of the purchaser. Our logistics partner reserves the right to request for a valid photo ID for verification.
If you need to reschedule the delivery service, please email info@ardbeg.com.hk or contact our Customer Service Hotline between 9am – 5pm, at least 2 business days in advance. Otherwise an administration fee of $200 will be charged for the rescheduling of each order delivery and any request for rescheduling of delivery will be subject to the final confirmation by MHDHK at its sole discretion.
WHAT TIME WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery will be arranged from 10:00 am – 10:00pm, excluding Sunday & Public Holidays.
A notification shall be sent to the mobile number provided in the order form before delivery. If you cannot be at the delivery address to receive the package, please immediately contact our Customer Service Team for an alternate delivery date to be arranged. A call may be made before delivery to re-confirm the delivery time.
