WHAT CURRENCY IS USED AND HOWCAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
All prices quoted on the Site are in Hong Kong Dollars. You can pay for your purchase through our secure online payment supported by Shopify. We accept payment by designated Credit Cards (Visa/Master/ American Express). Cash/Cheque payments will not be accepted. If you are experiencing difficulties and your card cannot be processed, please feel free to contact us through email at info@ardbeg.com.hk. We will assist you with the payment process.
I HAVE ORDERED AND PAID, BUTTHE PRICE IS NOW DIFFERENT. CAN I GET A REFUND FOR THE PRICE DIFFERENCE?
The price of our products may be adjusted at any point in time. The price adjustment cannot be the base of any claim for loss. You will not be entitled to a refund for the price difference.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Your order will be processed after you have completed the online payment successfully and an automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout within 10 minutes of you placing an order on the Site. If a confirmation email does not appear in your inbox, please check your junk box or clutter folder. If you are still unable to find your confirmation email, you may contact our Customer Service Team through email at info@ardbeg.com.hk to check the status of your order with us.
HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED?
Each bottle is kept in the warehouse at room temperature. After receiving your order, our logistics team will help to carefully pick the bottles, package them in our dedicated Ardbeg Box and deliver them to you.
I CHANGED MY MIND AFTER PLACING AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?
We are sorry to inform you that order cannot be cancelled after payment.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING?
We strive to make sure this never happens but in the event that it does, kindly reject the package immediately at the point of delivery and before accepting the delivery of the package. You must immediately indicate on the delivery note or contact our Customer Service Team if the products are not in conformity with your order and reject the products. Our Customer Service Team shall upon being notified as such, contact you to make arrangement for exchange and redelivery of the products. Otherwise under normal circumstances, we will not accept any request for exchange of products. If we agree that you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, we may cancel your order and refund the amount paid by you. All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item will be deducted from the refund.
Because the products are fragile, please be aware that once you have signed off on the package upon delivery, its ownership and responsibility are also transferred to you. We are not liable for any damages that occur thereafter. You are advised to check that ordered products are received in good and proper condition prior to acceptance.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER IF I PROVIDED WRONG INFORMATION? (ADDRESS/ DELIVERY DAY)
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct and accurate, therefore we advise that you check all information before check out and in the confirmation email thoroughly. If you have made a genuine mistake, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible to rectify this. You may be charged an administration fee for changes to the recipients’ details, shipping information or message card if your order is in the process of being packed or has been dispatched.
We may be unable to amend any mistakes once your order has been dispatched. We shall not be held responsible for any failed deliveries as a result of recipient unavailability, incorrect delivery address or insufficient recipient information which prevents us from successfully delivering your order.
You may be charged a re-delivery fee for each additional delivery attempt if the original delivery failed. Your order might be held until the re-delivery fee is settled. For any ordered products that remain undelivered or re-delivery fee that remain unpaid for over four (4) weeks from the date of order confirmation, we shall have the right to cancel the order and refund the remaining purchase price paid by you after deducting the administrative and storage charges incurred from the holding over period.
